Here we are dancing on Lørdagsrevyen, NRK’s prime time news show. It’s about relationships. A researcher suggests that love relationships with more than two people may be a good idea. We slid around on the like Bambi on ice. Despite conditions that were not optimal we had a blast doing this. Thanks to Thomas Raic who was the third dancer in our relationship.

Slow improvisation
Something of the most wonderful with tango is that it is an improvised dance. We never know what will happen. Well, we do know something. At least the leader, Magnus in this case, knows something from before. In this case he had made up his mind to put Anne Marit on one leg. He also decided that when it had happened it would pass quite some time before he put her down again. She, on the other hand, did not know any of this until she stood there. To us this meant that we discovered repertoire that we never before had performed or practiced, and we explored it as some forty people were watching. We love tango indeed!
